This newly updated 3 Bedroom contemporary beach house is one of the nicest homes in the beautiful Town Neck Beach neighborhood of Sandwich, just a short distance to the beach, kayaking, swimming, and long summer days playing outdoors. You can walk right down the road to the Tree House Brewery, Seafood Sam's, and the public beach.

The Space:
The main level features an open floor plan with a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious island for congregating at meal times, and a great breakfast nook for cozy, late-morning breakfasts. A grand living room, with comfy sectional and views onto the deck, a full bathroom, and a bunk room that sleeps 4 complete the main level. Upstairs, retreat to the master suite with sliders out to a deck with gorgeous water views. The second level has a full bathroom, an additional bedroom, and a laundry area. But wait, don't forget the third floor! Additional sleeping space with en suite bath, jetted tub, private office space, gas fireplace, and truly magnificent water views from yet another deck offer enjoyment at any time of day in any weather. The spacious yard is perfect for outdoor games and ghost stories around the fire pit, and you'll love rinsing off with a cool outdoor shower after the beach.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property. There is parking in the driveway for 4 regular-sized vehicles. Overflow parking is available at the Sagamore Bridge Park & Ride.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.
