Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please pull all blinds down, set ac at 79, take your food out of fridge, freezer and pantry. Throw trash on bins. Strip any used bedding or towels.

The house has been recently renovated and is roomy and well-appointed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We decided to add time to our stay, and the owner revised our second reservation to avoid us being charged a cleaning fee again. This was something the owner caught and took care of voluntarily. Very much appreciated.
