Only a stone's throw away from our private Pegem Beach and with views overlooking Mangrove Bay, our Three Bedroom Full-Kitchen Water View Cottage for 9 is the perfect year-round choice for groups of friends and families seeking an exciting, romantic and serene island getaway. Our property is conveniently located to allow you to make the most out of your time in Bermuda - within a resort that's on a narrow and private peninsula surrounded by glittering ocean and bay waters! Spend your days relaxing in our on-site spa and pools, sun tanning in our private beaches and coves, or exploring Bermuda's most popular attractions before returning to our cozy space in the evening to unwind. Our property comfortably sleeps 6 guests, but can accommodate up to 9!

Our two-story air-conditioned cottage has 3 BEDROOMS. The master and second bedroom feature 1 King bed in each, while the third bedroom features 2 Single beds. The master bedroom offers views of Mangrove Bay, the second bedroom offers views of the back garden, and the third bedroom offers a garden view. All three bedrooms are equipped with 300-thread count linens. Please note a rollaway and sofa bed are available upon request - If interested, please let our friendly team know upon booking!

Get ready for your day in our 2.5 BATHROOMS. The first bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom and features a whirlpool tub and shower combination, while the second bathroom is shared between the other 2 bedrooms and also features a whirlpool tub and shower combination. The half bathroom is located downstairs. We'll provide you with a hair dryer, toiletries, towels, bathrobes and slippers!

After a fun day outside, retreat to our quaint sun room foyer with seating, located by the main entrance and leading to our spacious LIVING ROOM, where you can enjoy original rustic wooden ceiling beams and views overlooking Mangrove Bay. Kick back your feet and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen cable TV, or plan your next adventure using the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the early evening, step out onto your 2 private furnished patios and relax. French doors lead to the back patio and garden while 3 sets of French doors open out onto a beautiful large garden patio overlooking Mangrove Bay, furnished with chaise lounges, an outdoor table and chairs. You can also find a staircase leading down to Pegem Beach stretching out from the large garden patio!

In the full KITCHEN, you'll find an oven with a stove top, a microwave, a full-size fridge and freezer, cooking utensils, dishes & cutlery. Start your morning with a cup of tea or coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee & tea maker! Reconnect with loved ones over a meal in the large dining room.

Please note upon arrival, a $11.25 per person per night Service Charge will be collected, which covers the gratuity payment for housekeeping, bell desk and concierge.

• We welcome guests of all ages. However, the Ocean Spa, Aquarian Baths, Indoor Pool, and Turtle Cove Beach are adult-only areas welcoming guests 13 years and older. Minimum age of 16 for Spa Treatments. Children are allowed in the indoor pool from 6-10 pm
• Upon arrival, a $11.25 per person per night Service Charge will be collected, which covers the gratuity payment for housekeeping, bell desk and concierge
• Please note there is a 17% service fee for any food and beverage and spa purchased offerings. This is mandatory and is applied to the guest bill
• There is a delivery fee of $7.50 per delivery for breakfast room service

• The modes of public transportation are buses and ferries. Bus stops are located approximately 5 minutes (away) outside of the resort. The closest ferry terminal is in Dockyard which is 5-10 minutes from the property. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle service (July - October) to the ferry terminal in Dockyard
