Elegant apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea consisting of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room.
The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs for enjoying breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors, as well as electrically adjustable curtains for protection from the sun.
The apartment has a new air conditioning system (also heat pump for winter) that will be able to cool your rooms on hot summer days.
Car parking is available on site free of charge within the apartment building.
Just in front of the house is the public beach 3 Ponti, equipped with a bar and beach volleyball court. It can be accessed (2 minutes walking) directly by crossing the street and descending the stairs that lead to the waterfront promenade (and bike path) that was built in place of the former railroad track and stretches across the entire bay of San Remo.
The promenade - bike path is perfect for those who want to jog, take a bike ride, or walk to the center - port of San Remo (about 10 minutes by bike and 30 minutes on foot).
There are also 2 equipped private beaches within walking distance of the apartment, including the "Bagni Azzurri" also equipped with an a la carte restaurant, and the "Cubo" a little kiosk (home of surfers), practically on the water, for an easy lunch or aperitif.
Instead, for a sunset aperitif with a view of the entire bay of San Remo, I recommend "La Vesca" about a 10-minute walk from the apartment along the promenade towards Arma di Taggia (on the left looking at the sea).
