The room was clean. The staff was nice. I had the room right next to the stairwell, but it was surprisingly a quiet stay. The AC/heat worked great also.

The hotel only provides housekeeping every 3 days, which the front desk confirmed is their standard practice. By the end of day two, we had run out of towels and the trash was full. A staff member was kind enough to bring fresh towels and remove the garbage when we asked. However, housekeeping every 3 days is not typical, and if this is the hotel’s policy, it should be clearly disclosed on the property’s booking page to set proper expectations.

Air conditioning was defaulted at an ultra cold temperature downstairs in the lobby and TV area in the middle of winter. I asked staff to turn it up but unfortunately said that the facility has it locked in at that temperature. Also do not park underneath the trees in the front building parking area. After parking it under the tree overnight, I found the front hood of my vehicle was full of thick tree sap. I had to take it through a car wash Before returning it to the rental agency so I do not get charged. I had to move my car and park elsewhere. I witnessed other vehicles getting the same amount of sap the following nights. The staff was friendly in the café area and in the front reception hallway. The facilities were not satisfactory however.

The place was fine for a motel, but don't expect Marriot quality. Overpriced for what you get. Everything about the room was mediocre. They upgraded the lobby area and had nice sitting areas outside by pool yard, nothing fancy. Friendly staff working everywhere which was appreciated. But they charge $15 a night for outdoor motel type parking, $5 for coffee in the lobby in the morning, the towels were thin and scratchy, the room was musty smelling. Not going back unless they lower their prices. This is a $99/night type of place, NOT $150/night.
