I got there , no air conditioning, refrigerator did not work and the front room had no light. Then they moved me to another room. The air conditioning did not work and the phone was not working. So they moved me to another room, still the air conditioning did not work. They said everyday that it would be fixed tomorrow.also I had to go to the front seat and get my set of towels because when they cleaned my room in the morning laundry has not come yet so they could not replace it. Very bad stay. Will never stay there again

The staff was extremely helpful. There was a major problem with the HVAC SYSTEM. No air conditioning--obviouslhy for over a week. Water was shut off for 4 hours on May 29th from 11:00-3:00 pm. One elevator not working. Breakfast was very nice and staff excellant--just surprised there was no sweets ( no donuts, muffins, etc) Surprising overall as would not expect this with a Hilton enterprise

The room smelled bad. The room floor was uneven. The furniture was dirty. No phone in the room. Refrigerator leaking water. No waste basket in the room.

This was by far the worst stay ever, I feel like I actually got sick from my stay here. The first room I got was dirty, like the prior stay was just there. No towels. The air conditioning was broken. The second room they moved us to, smelt like wet carpet and wet clothes, the mildew was strong and the air conditioning was still not working the great. The staff was Hispanic and they thought I didn’t know Spanish, so they were saying rude things about me and my mom. The breakfast was nothing special. When I asked the manager and front desk why this place is so bad, they just said “they are renovating the rooms one by one and they are sorry” which if that is true? Why are you renting out the rooms that are horrible and not just the “renovated rooms”. Worst experience ever. I paid for two days and left after the first. So, I actually lost money on this one. I won’t ever be coming back here again. Not recommended.

The bed was comfortable. The AC was not working the whole week of our stay. Had to keep the balcony sliding glass open all night the noise was so loud sometimes. The carpet in the main hallways was never vacuumed. Newly renovated room we stayed in was okay but had some rotten wood not replaced specifically in the restroom. Construction was going on till 5pm.

Air conditioning out. We had to sleep with the door open on a high floor. Unsafe with our young children. No screen door on door. Found youngest out on balcony at 5am. People at front desk refused to give us theirs. Tried to get fans from staff. No luck. No towels at the pool We were told breakfast ended at 10. It ended at 9 on the holiday.

Room smells really bad, first they gave me room that was very old and it was for disabled they blamed expedia !! According to them Expedia try to push the expensive room fist they said we will change the room tomorrow!! I could not sleep in that room I did not even take shower did not touch anything. the next day they gave me another room my wife went to the lobby to get something I was trying to take my heart medication i noticed some cats hear and poop and before you know it a cat was jumping all over my room and I have a very bad cat phobia. I ran outside fortunately security guy was walking , he came and chased the cat to the balcony and close the door they offer me another room but I wasn’t comfortable in that hotel anymore so I moved to another hotel. in the morning toke my heart medication so late and my whole trip was ruined.

Can be better

Overall I was not comfortable with my stay. I did not feel the cleanliness or comfort here. Upon arrival we were greeted great but getting to our room and the room was not great. We only had one set of towels for our 3 day stay. The room had a bad smell, the windows had dead bugs, our sheets were ripped.

We generally go with Embassy suites on all of our trips. But this time it was very disappointing. AC was not working the whole time we were there and the facility did not even try to make it better. We asked for fans and the receptionist called house keeping but the fans never showed up. Maintenance is not good either. Never staying here again.
