just outside of the parking lot on the side street were cars parked in very poor condition with people camped in them (probably homeless). Outside the vehicles was a lot of garbage all over the place, and smelled terrible. Staff in the office did not know how to answer questions, such as the TV not getting all the channels; no pastries or tea in the morning; just a little bit of old coffee.

Not super happy.

They would not let us check in prior to the time. That is the only time I have ever had that happen. There was no remote for the tv. They finally found one after several tries. There was no soap in the room the first couple of days. The beds were not good. As a minimum the a mattresses needed to be turned. Rooms very small. Swimming pool not in operation.

Disgusting and poorly maintained. The "non smoking room" smells like years of smoke and pets, no fridge, broken tv, broken furniture, not clean. Gives off more of a crack den vibe than a motel. Even considering it's a super8 - this one is a huge disappointment.
