Welcome to Red Mountain View #13 at Ocotillo Springs Resort! Enjoy this gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom custom vacation home that backs the clubhouse with a private hot tub, patio dining, private master patio, and an upper balcony terrace with private fire pit and amazing views. This open concept home is situated near the clubhouse pool with a gorgeous balcony view of Red Mountain! Spend your evenings at the pool or around the fire roasting marshmallows. With easy access to downtown St. George and countless local amenities, you will never have to go far to have an unforgettable vacation.



The master bedroom is on the main level with private patio and features a king bed as well as a smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find another king suite at the top of the stairs, hosting a smart TV as well. Next is a king bedroom with a TV, ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. There is even a desk for you to complete work or school remotely, perfectly situated in the bedroom. The loft features a very large TV, as well as access to the balcony. In the first bunk room, there is a twin sofa bed, a trip tier bunk and twin over full over queen bunk, making it the perfect place for both kids and adults. The second bunk room hosts 2 triple-tier bunks, as well as an additional twin over full over queen bunk. There are endless local wonders to visit, as well as gorgeous on-site amenities such as a resort pool with slide, hot tub, splash pad and clubhouse game room and kitchen. The house could use some attention. 1. There are no hangers.2. No grill brush.3. Dining room chairs are filthy.4. There are no baking pans.5. The dish inventory is not up to date. There are a number of kitchen things missing.6. The blender is broken.7. The fire pit could not be lit.8. The community spa was not working for 4 out of 7 days. A big inconveince.

There were way too many text messages from the property manager. Most of them were redundant. The ping pong table in the garage was broken in so many places is should be removed or repaired so it could be used. Other than that it was great!

Very good. The house was nice and clean. The host was very kind. If I could improve anything it would be that the kitchen did not have much for baking or cooking, every kitchen item was labeled and numbered and that made you feel not real comfortable. Also they only provided very very minimal of the essentials, garbage bags, soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels. I would rather pay more and not have to go buy everything for a home. Overall it was great except for this few things.

Perfect place!

We loved our stay at this property! Everything was very smooth and the place was just as described. Maybe better! Huge bedrooms with bathrooms attached. Much more room than we needed, but so fun for everyone to have their own bedroom/bathroom. Harmons is close by if you need anything from a grocery store. Our weather wasn’t very warm to use the community pool, but we would love to return again and hang out there. The slide looks fun!

Stayed for a tournament

I was blown away by how great the house was! I had some reservations based on previous reviews... but the house was stunning! The rooms were comfortable and clean with very cozy beds! I had a toddler with me and she refused to sleep in the pack and play because she preferred the bed! The kitchen and dining space was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed! There was some confusion about the laundry.... it said laundry soap was provided but we never found any so we had to buy some as we had to wash some clothes. But that was so minor as there is a grocery store minutes away. The general living spaces were spacious with lots of natural light and really comfortable couches. We never used the hot tub or patio - it was way too cold during our stay and the patio furniture was wet from a previous rain storm. I image they would be really great in better weather. I was very lucky that they were able to extend my stay by one night - made it so much easier to travel home in the daylight with a little one! I can't wait to stay again!

Mostly pleased, can work on communication

The rental itself is beautiful and each bedroom has a bathroom either in the room or very close. A lot of amenities close by (pickleball courts, pool, hot tub). The location is a good distance away from downtown St. George and probably takes about 25 minutes to get to Target, the mall, or Walmart. We had a family reunion during Thanksgiving and the oven broke the night before Thanksgiving, making it very inconvenient for food prep and cooking. We had to scramble to figure something else out. Someone came out on Thursday but basically said “there’s nothing we can do.” Also, my nephew left his hat at the rental and we have family in town that could have retrieved it, but we have received very little communication about it, and nothing for the last few days, so it’s looking like we won’t get it back. We are disappointed with the lack of communication there.

Terrible Bunk Beds

The property Ocotillio 13 was generally very good except for the triple bunk beds that were unusable for adults. Three of our party slept in in the balcony and elsewhere. Be careful when you advertise these as queen, full and twin which they are not except for kids. We thought they would be separate full and queen beds along with bunk twin beds.

Peaceful Getaway

The location of this rental is in a peaceful, beautiful location. The facility Ocotillo Springs, has wonderful amenities and provides good entertainment value. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Our group had an enjoyable time and found the description of the property to be accurate. We would book this space again

SSUSA Softball Tournament

Our 60+ team was playing in the SSUSA softball tournament in st. george and we decided it would be nice to get a place where we all could stay. Found this fantastic place and we rented 2 5 bd 5 ba homes for the 10 of us. Great location and well furnished homes. Could have provided some essentials like salt and pepper. We booked through VRBO and they were the booking agents for another company. This caused some problems since you can't talk to VRBO, you have to go to the listing company. I'll book directly through them next time.

EXCELLENT VACATION

This was the perfect place for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone and there was....ping pong. We had a blast at this beautiful home. We loved the pool and pickleball as well. This home was well furnished and we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay but checking in was a nightmare and private pool was a hot tub,very dissapointed

We loved our stay, but we did have problems...We had early check in and were not able to get in, eventually the lock started working at 4:00 pm. They refunded our money. The owners advertised their hot tub as a pool...I complained, and they have changed this.

Was a nice location. Was clean but missed a few areas on the floor. Dishwasher control plate was missing so did not know what button to push to uses the dishwasher. Had to reference the internet for information. As a whole it was a good stay.

Great family getaway!

We had a family reunion and rented several homes to accommodate us all. All were conveniently close to each other and had plenty of space and beds. Clean and well equipped. Will definitely book another stay!
