The hotel did not have the reservation from hotels.com which made check in an ordeal. We did not get the ada accommodations I needed to be comfortable. The manager and front desk people were very helpful and tried their best.

The hot tub was sparkling. The rooms were beautiful and we opened the windows to enjoy the fall weather. We loved the size of the bathroom with the double sinks.

The room was 458. It’s quite a trek from the elevator to our room. You would expect that after walking past so many rooms and meandering through numerous hallways that it would be a quiet and secluded room- Nope! It’s right by a busy street. Cars racing by, honking horns, etc. until well past midnight and then again at 7 am or earlier. So, not great. The layout of the room is also not optimal. Long and skinny is great on a supermodel, but not so great to get luggage through and not great for storing luggage either. So, not our best stay on our 3 week trip but also not our worst. Staff are definitely friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a great place and within walking distance to The Plaza. Would stay again but I would definitely say no to a room by the street and not so far from the elevator as getting luggage in and out is a challenge.
