The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful sea view. Access is via a staircase of about 30 steps: it leads directly into the living room with kitchenette, then there is a small laundry room, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom.

A splendid panoramic terrace with sea view and a garden with fruit trees (both for exclusive use) complete the apartment.

Opposite the building there is a bus stop and below the house our guests can use a private garage.
