We like the service. When we had issues with the AC, TV or internet their help was great. Everyone was altways very friendly and ready to help out. On the other side,the room could use some upgrades. The bathroom is in nead of repairs; there are no fixtures for soap and the sink is missing sections. The bedroom could use some painting over a blackened spot on the ceiling.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a good hotel for the price. The neighborhoods are quiet and away from the city center. You need a taxi to go around but the hotel staff could help you with booking the taxi!

Good for 1 night, close to restaurants

i stayed for one night here.. It wasn't right on the beach, but near to Chedraui and lots of restaurants.. A quiet location, but close to the main road. The room was comfortable, and there was a little pool too.

El hotel estaba limpio y el personal muy amable, pero las instalaciones son básicas y le falta mantenimiento. En la descripción del hotel menciona que tiene estacionamiento, pero es un lugar público en una calle cerrada, así que no es lo máximo de seguridad. La alberca tampoco está dentro de la propiedad, sino que cruzando la calle peatonal a un costado, así que hay que salir del hotel.

Tiene una ubicación aceptable, por lo que le oongo 3 o 4 estrellas es la ubicación del televisor, prácticamente arriba de una de las camas.. La chica un poquito de mal gusto en la atención.. A lo mejor tenia un mal día.

Que buena foto de portada. Hace que el hotel se vea más amplio de lo que es en realidad (sarcasmo). Aparte que tiene muy poco estacionamiento. Cama y sábanas limpia pero el baño tenía hormigas.
