Good place for an affordable price

We were traveling across country and needs an affordable place to stay. The first room we were given had not been cleaned, the front desk clerk was very apologetic and gave us a different room right away. The room was clean but dated. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft but I prefer a firmer mattress
