The space
Beautiful and quiet Apartment in Residencial Nuevo, with 3 rooms, has inverter, iron, wifi, dryer, balcony, air conditioning, swimming pool, two parking lots, 4 fans, 3 smart tv with netflix, ideal to have a good time with your friends, a romantic getaway with your partner or if you just want to relax. Also if you miss or get a flight cancelled and need a place to stay for a day My Home is the place. We will accommodate you with your companions (6 people maximum).

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishes, cutlery, rice cooker and kitchen utensils. Also coffee maker, Greek, and of course a little of our rich Santo Domingo coffee.
Guest access
The whole apartment is yours. There's no one else to share with. The pool is shared. Laundry area is not included. Cost of $20 per stay of a week or less.
The apartment is located within a Residential complex in the Gurabo sector with a security guard. The residential complex at the same time is within a development with private access and security as well, so it has double security. There are 2 free parking spaces inside the residential identified with R4. If you have more than two vehicles you must leave one on the street inside the Urbanization but outside the Residential.
Other things to note
-To avoid waste and misuse of electrical energy, try to turn off the air conditioning when not in the room and turn off lights and appliances that are not being used.

-Taxi: Price US$30 to or from the airport.

-Towels-Bed linen-Wifi: included in the reservation.

-In the area you will have several options of restaurants and other businesses with delivery, we will share a list of these contacts at the time of check-in.
