Absolutely loved staying here. We went with two little kids. It was perfect. Crib was clean and new, sofa bed perfect for toddler or bigger kids too if you have them. Breakfast was great, everyone so friendly. This will be our official stay whenever we go visit family. Oh and best bar. Taking drinks up at night after the kids were down was the cherry on top.

I had a great stay at Residence Inn in Santiago, DR. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it a perfect choice for both short and extended stays. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with everything you need to feel at home. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made a difference in the overall experience. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the hotel feels safe and well maintained. I also appreciated how convenient the location is, with easy access to main areas of the city. Very clean, friendly staff, amenities were great. Room service is only till 10pm, but the room is well packed so if you are going out for an adventure, and coming in late, is better to get some food to cook in your own room.
