Nightmare Hotel, don't go there!!!

Went there to check in, and the soon we got there the smell hit us, and they have false advertisement isn't located in the Colonial Zone, is far away. The girl in the counter was very rude, swimming pool was dirty, we went to check the room out and I ended up leaving because #1 the place stink and it didn't look secure, the parking lot was full of trash, will not recommend this place to my worse enemy, we went to a real clean hotel in the middle of the Colonial Zone paying the same price and the staff there was very wonderful.

This hotel was terrible. It had a whole stuffed with wet toilet paper filling it in the ceiling, the mattresses were old and dingy. The television was old and only showed a few channels. The restaurant only served chicken and mashed potatoes. The free breakfast consisted of bread and coffee. The grounds were not kept and had broken sidewalks, pieces of metal covering large wholes in the walkway, etc. The staff was rude and short. I travel to dominican republic frequently and never stayed at a place like this! Never again!

At first I had problems with the AC ,, but they later on fixed the problem and moved me to another room,,, otherwise I have no complaints and I would recommend this hotel,,, it's easy to go places from there ,,, I would go there again and enjoy my vacations

Great location, I was disappointed in the condition of the room. The bed and the furniture needs to be upgraded. There was no hot water, and water leaked continuously from the bathroom ceiling in 2 different locations.

No estaban preparados para atender al grupo, por lo que habían algunas habitaciones sin accesorios baño (papel higiénico, jabón baño, toallas,etcétera )agua de tomar habían que buscar fuera del hotel porque ellos no garantizan al huésped.

Muy Mal, cuando llegue la reserva no aparecio, me querian cobrar a otra tarifa, la habitacion estaba sucia, sin toallas ni jabon ni papel de baño, luego a solicitud mia mandaron a una persona a limpiarla estando yo dentro y me dijo que no podia ser que la mandaran a eso a esa hora ect. el aire acondicionado era como la brisa de un abanico porque era muy pequeño para el tamaño de la habitacion, la bañera estaba oxidada y la cama era super incomoda como la mas barata del Mercado. en fin fue una estadia deprimiente... No vuelvo a ese hotel ni que me lo regalen, deberian quitarlo de esta prestigiosa pagina de hotels.com

El hotel para esa zona es el mas bonito aunque esta regular,, tiene pisina y desayuno y la gente es muy amable, en carro esta cerca del sambil, pero el taxista laurent q nos recomendaron terrible lo unico q le falto fue sacar un arma para hacer el robo oficial no confiar ni que te de buen precio al principio que tan amable sea, en general, estar mosca con todos porq practicamente son ladrones.
