Beautiful Apt, stylish decorated and totally equipped with all the amenities of a modern home; 2 bedrooms with air conditioners, smart TVs in master bedroom and the living room, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and balcony with an amazing view.
Located about 20 minutes from Las Americas Airport and 10 minutes to the colonial zone.
Two secured parking spots and 24-hour security, this apt is excellent for families or adventurers who want to get to know the exciting Santo Domingo City.
The area feels very safe around the apartment, there are grocery stores and supermarkets nearby and the building has secured parking space, security cameras in common areas, entrance door with remote control and security is 24/7.
The best and most reliable mean of transport is UBER.
- It is strictly forbidden to make parties or events in the property.
- You Must Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
- All guest must follow and comply with all terms of Residencial Torres Catalanas condominium policies.
- Pictures of passports or cedulas are required after booking, prior arrival.
- All guest agreed to all terms of service on Airbnb and must have a valid working phone number.
- There’s a US$50.00 charge for lost keys, remote or keycard.
- Occupancy limit: 6
- Any number of people more than this occupancy limit will be vacated.
- Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at any time during their stay.
