The breakfast is the best of the best , it is worthy to pay whatever you have to pay. Staff is excellent , from the parking place to the cleaning people , they are amazing. The linen from bed( this is important for me) are beyond expectations and the bed is very comfortable. This hotel is ine of the best hotels in Town

I have to say the best two things about this hotel are the staff and the location. From the check in to the check out the entire staff is amazing! At the lobby, bar, restaurant, room service, everybody was so nice and helpful! The location is perfect as you can walk to shops and restaurants. The area is very safe, the food and drinks were very good. The view from the pool area is beautiful and the pool is very clean and nice. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Santo Domingo and looking by for a good location and great hotel.

I love this hotel. The service was great, yosemery st the breakfast was amazing, every time she saw me she remember what kind of coffee I liked and had is ready for me.That’s service! Everyone one there was nice really! Our rooms were clean and stock, comfortable, we were in the 8th floor, next time I will ask for a higher floor because at times you could hear the car honking, but other than that it was great!

I had a great stay at the Marriott in Piantini, Santo Domingo. The location was perfect — very safe, quiet, and convenient, with great shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel is in a walkable area, and parking was always easy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially our concierge Sanyel Montero, who went above and beyond to assist us with dinner reservations and recommendations. I appreciated the calm environment in such a busy city, and the hotel made us feel secure and well taken care of. Everything we needed was just a short walk or drive away.

The first night we can’t sleep because the room AC was not working. Then the next day they changed us to another room and the shower did not drain properly and we brought it to the front desk’s attention and it was never addressed..

Good property

Nice property. Unfortunately, i had issues with the door to my room. It would get stuck, constantly locking me in and out of the room. The property restaurant had limited food options. Hotel is brand new. Clean, modern, well maintained. Highlight was the incredibly helpful and friendly valet staff.
