Our renovated cave-style house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, patio, and roof terrace.

Spanning 107 sq. meters (1100+ sq ft.) and boasting groin vault ceilings (>3.5m/11 ft), it offers a generous living space. Outside, indulge in the vast outdoor patio and roof terrace (50 square meters/ 540 sq ft.) boasting breathtaking panoramic views!

Bedroom 1, our master suite, features an ensuite bathroom and windows opening to the private patio. Equipped with a queen bed (160cm/63in wide), a compact kitchenette, TV, ceiling fan, and fridge, it offers both comfort and convenience. The spacious bathroom completes the suite. Access is via a private entrance from the patio.

In Bedroom 2, you'll find a luxurious queen bed (160cm/63in wide) with a view overlooking a private patio.

Bedroom 3 features a high groin vault ceiling with two cozy twin beds (96cm/38in wide).

The second bathroom is spacious and equipped with a full shower, sink, and toilet for your convenience.

Living Room: Relax in comfort with two spacious sofas, a smart TV, and air conditioning. Additionally the sofas can be converted into 2 single beds (90cm wide) to accommodate up to 8 guests if needed.

Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a high ceiling, ribbed archway kitchen with a unique, old-world aesthetic - convenient with fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and even washing machine and for all your needs.

Patio: Step outside to your own private patio—an expansive shaded patio that seamlessly connects all areas of the house. Here, you'll find a dining table and comfortable sofa, perfect for enjoying leisurely afternoon coffee or tea, as well as al fresco lunches and dinners beneath the Mediterranean sun.

Roof Terraces: Ascend to your own exclusive rooftop retreat, where outdoor furniture awaits, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the beautiful Santorini sunset.

Prime Santorini Location: Situated only 100 meters up the pedestrian path from Pyrgos main square, our property offers easy access to the heartbeat of the village. Free street parking is available near Pyrgos square, less than 5 min walking from the property.

The property is located 100 meters up the pedestrian path from Pyrgos main square. Should you require assistance with luggage transportation, we're delighted to arrange for a mule or donkey in advance at an extra charge. Kindly inform us ahead of time to ensure a seamless experience during your stay.

We regret that we cannot accommodate luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

We offer optional transportation to/from the port/airport, rental car services, and assistance with activity bookings (e.g. wine tasting, sunset cruise).
