Villa Jasmine is a private historic villa located in the charming old neighborhood of Fraggomahalas, at the highest point of Fira, the island’s capital.
Originally built in the early 18th century, the property has been carefully reconstructed by its current owner on the site of the original neoclassical mansion, respecting its architectural proportions while offering modern comfort.
The villa is a contemporary interpretation of the neoclassical style that once defined the residences of the island’s affluent families in the 19th century. Today, it blends historical character with a refined, welcoming atmosphere.

Villa Jasmine consists of a Main House (150 sqm) arranged over two levels connected by an internal staircase, and a separate Studio (25 sqm), ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.

Interiors feature an elegant mix of family heirlooms, modern furnishings, antique engravings and original artwork, creating a sense of understated luxury and authenticity.
The bright living area opens onto the veranda through large windows and doors. The Main House offers two double en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor and a third double bedroom a few steps above, along with a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and distinctive details.

Outdoor spaces are spacious and thoughtfully designed around a lush, sun-filled courtyard. All verandas ensure complete privacy for guests, while the outdoor Jacuzzi is discreetly positioned and hidden from public view.

Located next to the Main House, the Studio has its own private and easily accessible entrance. It includes a double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette and a private veranda with an al fresco seating area, comfortably accommodating a couple with all essential amenities.
