Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure all a/c units are turned off. Windows closed and locked and inside lights off. Clean out Grill, dump out charcoal and clean BBQ accessories.
Empty both fridges and take out all old food and garbage out to the street.
Make sure Bomba pump switch in the breaker box panel is turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
