Excellent apartment and location. For check in instructions you are required to use a webpage or app that is only in Portuguese so this can be difficult for people who do not speak Portuguese. Otherwise no issues and I would stay there again.

A estadia foi boa a dimensao e os utensílios do apto sao bons ,precisa melhorar a limpeza. Muito pó em todos os cantos e nas prateleiras e móveis, e o rejunte do banheiro com lodo ,de resto tudo perfeito a localizacao principalmente !

Worst experience ever!

This place is probably the worst I have ever been. When I booked this “hotel”, I thought it was a great deal for a 4-star and with great location. I should have guessed that the offer was too good to be true. And, upon arriving there, I realised I had made a huge mistake. The place did not have a reception. When we went to the building reception, the person said I should have all information on my email, so they could allow me in. I had not received anything. After contacting them, it took us TWO hours to get everything sorted and have access to the room. The place did not have the standards of a 4-star hotel, but it was ok at that point, I was extremely tired. Did it end there? Of course not. The AC was not cooling. I contacted them again and had my room changed. The other room was working… but with such a loud noise that it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Since it was already past midnight, I just put it on fan and started sleeping. Next day I woke up and booked another hotel, as there was NO way I could stay in this one. Please, do not stay in this place. It is NOT a 4-star hotel and you will be very upset with the quality and service!!!

Primeiramente me colocaram em um lixo de apartamento, completamente sujo, mal cuidado e com coisas quebradas. Subsequente a minha reclamação, me acomodaram em uma instalação melhor, onde foi possível ficar até o final da reserva.

Excelente localizaçao por trás do shoping 3, a gente atravessa pelo shoping e sai na avenida paulista. Tem um excelente restaurante no proprio hotel para mais comodidade e as acomodaçoes sao otimas!!
