I liked that security was friendly and patient but didnt like new rules after booking with having guests. Traveling internationally can be difficult and troublesome so having visitors helped me feel safer

Excelente hospedagem

Fui em julho/2025 com minha filha e uma amiga. O espaço é excelente, confortável e com móveis bem planejados e novos. Pouco utensílio de cozinha, mas suficiente para os dias que ficamos, pois passavamos o dia inteiro na rua. A localização também muito boa. Perto de supermercado, bares e estação do metrô. A única coisa que achamos deficiente foi a limpeza do chão. Com certeza voltaríamos.

Excelente acomodação e localização

Muito bem localizado, apartamentos confortáveis, porém o acesso aos corredores dos quartos um pouco complicado e como são portas corta fogo, fazem muito barulho, o que atrapalha a experiência na hora de dormir por fazer muito barulho dentro do apartamento. Tem uma grande diferença do Contemporâneo para o Contemporâneo Essencial que fui descobrir lá, nao se tem acesso a academia, piscina nem nada da estrutura do prédio.

A unidade é linda e grande. Possui cama de casal grande, duas camas de solteiro em quartos separados, dois banheiros, lavanderia com máquina lava e seca dentro do apartamento, fogão, geladeira, microondas e ar condicionado nos quartos e na sala. Janelas com veneziana nos quartos. Estava tudo limpo e organizado. Muito bem localizado e bem conservado. Tem uma padaria ótima na frente do prédio, uma conveniencia na esquina e dois mercados a uma quadra de distância. Região segura, possível de circular a pé tranquilo. Alguns pontos que não foram excelentes é que as camas de solteiro são estreitas (colchão de 78cm) e o edredom é de um tecido que escorrega, então, as crianças reclamaram de o edredom cair da cama várias vezes durante a noite. Sentimos falta de cobertas extras, pois só tinha uma sobressalente no quarto de casal e as noites estavam frias. Além disso, o acesso é somente pelo elevador de serviço, que estava sempre com aquela proteção almofadada e sujo. Há uma separação entre os hóspedes e os moradores, pelo que eu entendi. A identificação biométrica não funcionou, mas tem porteiro 24h e não tivemos nenhum problema para entrar, mesmo chegando de madrugada. Nada que nos desagradasse a ponto de não recomendar a acomodação, somente observações para conhecimento de outros futuros hóspedes. Há também um funcionário durante o horário comercial que fica no Hall de entrada para atendimento dos hóspedes. Recomendamos a acomodação e com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente.

Local e apartamento muito bons. Seria excelente se tivesse ducha no banheiro, pano de prato, vassoura e pano de limpeza para maior conforto. As informações poderiam chegar com mais antecedência.

ÓTIMA OPÇÃO - EXCELENTE LOCALIZAÇÃO

O apartamento é excelente, exatamente como nas fotos. Amplo, novo, muito bem localizado, a 10 minutos da Oscar Freire. Um pouco de dificuldade apenas com o envio dos documentos remotamente (foi preciso enviar as fotos de todos os ocupantes e a entrada pelo reconhecimento facial não funciona), mas nada que atrapalhasse a hospedagem.

Custo x benefício interessante. Tudo novo e muito bem planejado no apartamento. Fiquei na área que parece um “apêndice” do prédio principal e é muito estranho. Difícil achar o elevador na primeira vez. Poderia ser melhor sinalizado. Mais estranho ainda é ter que atravessar as portas corta fogo para chegar à unidade. O estúdio era impecável. Excelente. Fiquei frustrada por pedir uma unidade em andar alto com vista para a cidade e fiquei no andar 3 com vista para telhados.
