Everything was great and organized, except the communication, i tried to talk to them via WhatsApp for 2 days, they replied at first then i was ignored completely. Otherwise all good.

Very bad experience

It was a very bad experience using Charlie. 1. Cleaning: - property not well cleaned - bed confort was dirty and not replaced - floor not cleaned 2. Kitchen - we stayed as a family of 4, and there were not enogh silverware for a whole family - no kitchen towel or any paper towel - Laundy: they have a laundry machine but no soap, anything, at least for 1 night so you can plan and buy for the following days 3. AC was not working and leaking, and according to the maintenance person, it is a problem of project 4. Communication: It is the worst part - any communication is via Whatsapp, so very difficult to get anything - we had a holiday in the middle and there is NO COMMUNICATION during holiday, so be lucky to not have a problem. That is unacceptable to not have service. 5. Check in: - Check in is also online only. I could not do the check in in advance for the family online because of the system, and at the moment we arrived my family was not allowed to get in. So I had to do everything via Whatsapp and waiting for almost 2 hours to get the rest of the family registered so they could get into the building (yes they had to wait outside in the street). In summary, space is ok as it is a full apartment, but the experience of the stay was not according to the expectation.

Excelente apto. Limpo, organizado e com localização ótima, próxima de comércios. Faltaram alguns utensílios do dia-a-dia, como materiais de cozinha (facas grandes, colher estava quebrada, pegador, etc), liquidificador, tábua de corte, pano de prato e de limpeza, sacos de lixo para reposição.

Apartamento novo, muito confortável, cama excelente, chuveiro excelente. A única coisa que achei que falta alguns utensílios de cozinha, como uma forma e sanduicheira. Mas certamente vou voltar!
