The outdoor lock was lacking a keypad and the facial recognition wasn’t working… their customer service is the worse! I was there 8 night and going in the property was a nightmare EVERY time. There is no one physically there and it took me about 20 min to enter the property EVERY time for the 8 days… a nightmare

Horrible experience

Got locked outside twice. Charlie’s customer service took minimum 45 minutes to return. Apartment got flooded during a storm, due to water over flowing out of pipes. Had to clean the water by myself, because Charlie customer service has no one available until next day to do the service. Woke up in the morning and found the door open, and no one from Charlie hold responsible for all the inconveniences. AC unit was not working properly. Horrible experience!!!! Perfect example, of poor automated customer service!!! I’ll definitely choose only Hotels with regular human presence customer service!

Gostei muito de tudo só acho que poderia ter mais utensílios na cozinha. Não tinha uma faca pra cortar um pão!!!! Nem todos os hóspedes gostam de pedir IFood. Nem todo hóspede vai a trabalho! Pano de pia para a limpeza deixaram um descartável. Podiam ter deixado mais. Claro que não fui pra lá só pra ficar no apartamento mas acho que são pequenas coisas que fazem a diferença pq alcança um pouco mais de cada tipo de hóspede.

Segunda hospedagem deixou a desejar

A minha primeira estadia foi muito boa por isso voltei, mas a segunda foi bem decepcionante. Demoraram muito para fornecer a senha de acesso, o quarto da minha mãe tinha água e o meu não, a tv não estava funcionando e eu solicitei e não tomaram nenhuma medida para arrumar, além do elevador com problema. O bairro é ótimo e muito bem localizado. Mas acho que eles podem dar mais atenção ao serviço, caiu muito a qualidade.

A cama é de casal padrão e achei meio mole. Chuveiro excelente, ótima localização, não tivemos problemas com check in. Mimos como água e cápsulas de café estavam disponíveis e fizeram a diferença! No apt tem utensílios domésticos, geladeira, microondas e cooktop.

Fácil acesso na portaria com senha eletrônica, rua tranquila e bem localizada. Senha eletrônica também na entrada do apartamento. Excelente tamanho do quarto, banheiro, varanda e cozinha, muito confortável. Único porém da estadia ficou nas persianas da varanda, que não cobriam os raios de luz, deixando o quarto completamente claro logo ao amanhecer. Não cobria completamente as quinas dos vidros. Os lençóis não estavam no tamanho correto da cama, então não prendiam no colchão e saiam durante a noite de sono. Encontramos o quarto e o banheiro bem limpos e com cortesias de shampoo etc.

Para quem precisar fazer checkin antes ou checkout um pouco depois, não recomendo escolher essa opção. Pedi para sair 1h após o checkout, mas quiseram em cobrar 1 diária com taxas. Era apenas 1h e o flat não estava locado para depois. Quando cheguei no apt, a água que eles dão como cortesia está a aberta e usada. Pontuei o caso e eles resolveram rápido a situação. O apt é confortável, a cama pequena. A academia é muito pequena. A localização é muito boa, tem restaurantes por perto. E fica perto do parque Ibirapuera.

O lugar é charmoso, o apto 25 especial, mas se você tem problemas com claridade para dormir, esquece. Ótima acomodação

A acomodação é fantástica, do tamanho exato para estadias rápidas em SP. O acesso ao prédio é fácil e rápido. A decoração é impecável e a região é demais, muito restaurantes, mercados e o Ibirapuera a algumas quadras. Não tem estacionamento, mas em frente ao prédio sempre teve vagas nos dias em que estive ali. O único ponto negativo é uma pequena janela do quarto que não fecha nunca (está construída assim), com vidros a 60 graus. Peguei dias de vento em SP e aquilo faz o black out bater, além de entrar muito vento.
