Com uma bebe de 8 meses e outra de 2 anos, chegamos no quarto e não foi colocado berço. Queriam cobrar taxa extra, mesmo estando descrito que era incluso na reserva. Depois de insistir; instalaram 1 berço apenas. Ao retornar do jantar, vimos que seguia faltando lugar pra uma das crianças dormir. Cobramos novamente, e por fim colocaram um colchão no chão.
