Cheguei no hotel, em 2 adultos e 2 crianças e falaram que a empresa passou errado pra eles que o quarto triplo deles não tem cama de casal e duas solteiros, que só tem 3 camas de solteiro. O que não condiz cominha reserva feita conforme estava em meu app hotel.com, porém depois de insistir que não tenho culpa do erro seja de quem for, deles ou do app, eu tinha que ter o que estava no recibo, de acordo com o que reservei, ai arrumaram outro quarto pra nós, com uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro, bem apertado mas confortável, café da manhã bem fraco, muito fraco, estacionamento muito ruim, super pequeno e apertado, não volto mais de forma alguma.
