Localização ótima, quarto bom, custo benefício também . Para quem tem sono leve , o barulho é muito alto da rua. Difícil de dormir . Ficamos num quarto de frente para a rua . Tinha que ter janela anti ruído .

Tudo IMPECÁVEL, desde o início: a comunicação por WhatsApp, o check-in digital, o funcionamento do reconhecimento facial na entrada, a limpeza do apartamento (já fiquei em todos os concorrentes e nunca vi limpeza tão detalhista). O apartamento em si é espaçoso e aconchegante ao mesmo tempo. Chuveiro a gás incrível. Cozinha totalmente equipada, com utensílios Tramontina. Roupa de cama de qualidade. O ponto alto, em uma estadia já cheia de pontos altos, foi, sem dúvida, a equipe de atendimento — e mandei muitas mensagens (desculpa, pessoal). Até o copo que quebrei deixaram como cortesia. Recomendarei aos quatro ventos! Obrigado

O acesso ao prédio é todo digital, então tem que fazer o check-in com antecedência e só tem acesso na hora do check-in, cheguei um pouco antes e tive que ficar na rua com as malas aguardando a liberação. O prédio é muito bem localizado, a academia com equipamentos novos e o quarto com cama confortável, roupa de cama limpa, banheiro limpo e tudo funcionando, tem secador de cabelo e ferro de passar roupa. Gostei bastante da hospedagem.

Bom mas muito cheiro de cigarro

É exatamente igual na foto, bem espaçoso e aconchegante. O único problema é o cheiro de cigarro extremo que possui dentro do quarto, não sei de demos azar de alguém que alugou antes da gente fumou no local, mas os 3 dias que ficamos o cheiro estava muito forte, que inclusive as nossas roupas ficaram com muito cheiro, e mesmo abrindo a janela não saia.
