Minha estadia foi muito positiva e superou minhas expectativas. O quarto estava bem limpo, organizado e com aquele cheirinho agradável de ambiente recém-arrumado, o que faz toda a diferença depois de um dia cansativo. A cama era confortável e o ar-condicionado funcionava perfeitamente, mantendo a temperatura ideal durante a noite. A equipe de funcionários foi outro ponto alto: todos muito educados, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar com informações e orientações. O atendimento realmente contribuiu para que eu me sentisse bem acolhido(a). A localização (centro da cidade) também é excelente, com lojas, mercados e farmácias nos arredores, o que facilita bastante para quem precisa comprar algo de última hora ou quer passear a pé pela região. Recomendo para quem busca conforto, praticidade e um bom atendimento. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente!

Não sei se foi meu quarto o andar, mas muito barulho… isso sem contar que o hotel está em manutenção… então com bastante barulho de máquinas… reformas… mas o pior de td foi q um dos elevadores estava em manutenção o períodos todo q fiquei no hotel (2 diárias) e o único q funcionava muito lento. Ponto alto foi o café da manhã e a rapidez no atendimento!

A equipe foi bem atenciosa e solícita. O quarto poderia melhorar em relação ao chuveiro, não dá pra deixar a água na temperatura morna, ou é muito quente, ou muito gelada.. E ter um cheirinho/aromatizante no quarto e no banheiro pq ficavam com cheiro estranho às vezes e abafado.
