Apartamento completo perto da paulista

Apartamento tem tudo para uma estadia confortável. Entrada na portaria por reconhecimento facial que traz segurança. Cozinha completa. Quarto fica bem escuro, silencioso, cama queen boa. Só fica como sugestão que senti falta de coisas como sal, detergente, esponja. Ponto positivo é que tem filtro de água.

Bom para famílias!

O apartamento é muito legal. Decorado no estilo industrial, com camas confortáveis e banheiros limpos e com ótima ducha. Fomos com duas crianças e as instalações nos atenderem muito bem. Vamos aos pontos de atenção. Como fomos para ficar uma semana inteira, cozinhamos no local e tomamos todos os cafés da manhã lá, então sentimos falta de várias coisas do dia a dia, como: garrafa térmica para café + suporte de filtro. Há uma pequena prensa francesa de no máximo 300 ml. Escorredor de massas. Leiteira para aquecer leite. Jarra para gelar água. Uma simples torradeira para fazer misto quente e, de quebra, uma air fryer fariam toda a diferença para famílias! O apartamento é muito ensolarado, o que seria um ponto positivo se não tivéssemos ido numa das semanas mais quentes de Janeiro, então fica aqui a sugestão de colocar um ar condicionado na sala, pois foi impossível permanecer no ap, nos dias de calor. Mesmo à noite sofremos com o abafamento que fica no imóvel. Em contrapartida tem um ar em cada quarto e funcionam muito bem! Outro ponto de atenção: a internet bem ruim, limitando a completamente o uso da Tv/streaming. Pontos mais que positivos: conforto das camas, ar condicionado e máquina de lava e seca. Usamos muito a máquina, pois com duas crianças, ela foi muito útil.

Tudo ótimo com a acomodação. Igual as fotos do anúncio. Nos foram passadas as informações de acesso ao prédio (facial) e ao quarto (digital com senha) e foi tranquilo. A região é otima, fica a 3 quadras da paulista e tem tudo perto, mercadinho, farmácia, posto de combustível. Chuveiro bem quente, única coisa é que na porta do box não tem uma barreira pra água e acaba molhando um pouco o banheiro, acredito que isso possa ser melhorado. Cozinha boa, equipada. Fica a sugestão de colocarem um microondas. Ótimo atendimento! Recomendo!
