Beware! AC didn't work and NO help

Beware! Air Conditioner didn't work, but the worst part was their non-response and not fixing it on a 3 night stay. it took nearly 24 hours to even get a response out of them (there is no one on site), only to find out that they didn’t have someone available until the last day to fix it by that time it was too late because it was too hot to sleep. furthermore, the check-in process is a total nightmare, there’s virtually nobody to help you and you have to go through multiple complicated online verifications and form completions.

The property is nice a well located. However, communication with the management was not as easy. The stove was not working and I didn’t get in person assistance. Also, I stayed 9 days and I only received two tubes of toilet paper and the internet was not working as well. It is a noisy area.

Although we ran across some issues during our stay, overall we enjoyed this accommodation for the really great amenities (rooftop area, lounge & well-equipped gym) and the modern feel of the building and room. The room has a well-stocked mini kitchen area and plenty of storage/closet space. The shower was a bit of a challenge to figure out but ultimately worked fine. The air conditioner started to drip a bit of water every now and then and the bathroom was covered with flies in the ceiling/shower area (around 50). Also want to note that the building doesn’t help store luggage in case you arrive before check-in time at 3pm. We’d happily stay here again, but hope the issues mentioned above are addressed next time.

It is in an area being built up now so lots of noise and construction but an improving area. The property itself is great. I had some issues getting all signed in but it was me not them. Now I had a handicap unit and I am not handicapped so it was very spartan and not very comfortable feeling. Overall, it was fine but I would not stay here again if that makes any sense.

The location is great and the apartment is awesome !! Super clean and with a beautiful city view! Bed, tv and wi-fi were perfect !! Everything new. Just make sure you download the Tapas app and make sure u have whatsap on your phone. Everything is done digitally, it is pretty easy and very convenient! Make sure to bring body wash, and dish soap! The area is very safe and u will be very well located!

Doesn't worth the value and troubles

Sanitary toilet has no water and they fixed only 24h latter. Wifi is a joke, just does not work. Smart TV does not connect to the internet. They say panoramic but theres no view at all. The balcony was really dirty as well. The kitchen and items were all dirty. The whats app attendants were not polite enough about the amount of problems related. The problems were not fixed and I've lef the property one day before to stay somewhere else ...

Apartamento bem deteriorado!

O apartamento estava bem deteriorado: os 2 aparelhos de ar condicionado não estavam funcionando, internet com problemas, janela do banheiro quebrada, recipientes para shampoo e condicionador vazios e, para fechar com chave de ouro, solicitei roupas de cama e toalhas extras e fui solenemente ignorado. Muito ruim!
