Nota 10 para a equipe, que foi muito receptiva, prontos a auxiliar. O quarto, para quem só precisa de descanso, pois fica fora o dia todo, Ok. No quarto de casal, só cabe a cama. Duas pessoas não transitam. Banheiro ok, limpeza ok. Café da manhã simples, mas com frios, futas, pão, bolo, café e suco.

Hotel novo, bem simples.mas compativel com o preço, contudo muito barulhento, os quartos voltados p rua tinham muito barulho de motos, carros e gente passando, os virados para o fundo mais tranquilos, mas tinha forte cheiro de esgoto

Chegamos a noite cansados estava um dia muito frio, fomos Tomar banho e para nossa surpresa não tinha gás, acionamos a recepção e após quase 2 horas conseguimos tomar banho , no dia seguinte fomos tomar banho e não tinha água, contatamos o hotel e ficaram de nos alocar novo quarto após horas de espera, fomos supreendidos com a resposta que não teria mas como alocar e tomar banho. Fomos embora sem banho, o quarto estava com cheiro muito forte de tinta que a noite tive que solicitar uma farmácia me entregar remédio para conseguir dormir . O atendente nos informou que iria haver o reembolso do valor da reserva porém 7 a 10 dias porém para nossa surpresa eles não cumpriram com o combinado e ao entrar em contato com hotel não tivemos retorno. Não indico e não aconselho a hospedam pela a de comprometimento com os hóspedes.

Foi tudo muito bom, adoramos o atendimento, o quarto, tudo novo e bem organizado, pertinho do Allianz Parque. Fomos e voltamos do show a pé. Preço ótimo. Recomendamos e espero voltar!
