O Villa Bebek Hotel tem boa estrutura visual e acomodações confortáveis, mas a gestão, educação e empatia deixam a desejar. Se não se importa em cumprir regras rígidas, pode ficar; se paga por alto nível e quer flexibilidade, fique atento. O acesso é ruim: rua estreita, sem asfalto, em condições precárias, parecendo periferia, obrigando a depender de tuk-tuks (impossível em dias de chuva). A equipe se mostra inflexível e ríspida: café expresso no quarto só com um dia de antecedência e taxa de R$ 60, mesmo com pouca ocupação; no dia do checkout, pedi apenas uma xícara cedo e disseram que só a partir das 8 h, embora a cozinha estivesse ativa às 6h45. Os quartos são limpos, mas têm acústica péssima (ouvi tosse do lado) e não têm blackout eficaz, deixando a luz entrar forte. No restaurante, os preços são abusivos, comparáveis a casas gastronômicas, e, devido ao isolamento, o hóspede se sente preso ali. Tive problema de não reembolso do quarto da minha enteada por doença infecto-contagiosa, já em vias judiciais. Por outro lado, o serviço de praia e as massagistas foram exemplares: gentis, profissionais e qualificados; a praia é linda e as massagens são de ótima qualidade. Em resumo, apesar de ser um hotel limpo e agradável, a administração prejudica tudo de bom, faltando flexibilidade e humanidade

O lugar é incrivel! Uma pena nao ser pe na areia, mas disponibilizam tranporte de TukTuk até a entrada da praia. Que se for a pé não dá 3min. Atendimento muito bom. Recomendo e vou voltar. Só nao gostei do horario do check-in. Achei muito tarde as 18:00h. Ganhariam mais um diferencial se deixassem entrar as 14:00 e sair as 16:00

Muito boa, so achei os horarios todos muito tarde, horario do checkin 18h bem diferente dos demais pelo mundo, nao so do Brasil, horario da praia com o lounge do hotel na praia 10h , deveria ser a partir das 8h pra quem eh diurna como eu. Tinha tabuas na passagem das palafitas pra os quartos quebradas soltas um perigo pra todos.De resto otimos funcionarios hiperatenciosos e o restaurante impecavel, um lindo lugar.

Ótima estadia

O hotel é super bem localizado, os funcionários são super solícitos, o restaurante dentro do hotel é muito bom, os quartos são amplos, a piscina uma delícia, a academia é espaçosa e tem uma boa área para estacionamento. Os únicos pontos que podem melhorar são: tamanho da cama, pois é muito pequena na minha opinião, chuveiro que não tem constância no quente e frio além da saída de água ser irregular também (um hotel como esse merece uma ficha deca), e o veículo que leva à praia é muito pequeno, poderia ser mais espaçoso.

Lugar muito bonito, funcionários atenciosos, excelente limpeza. Embora, por praia, sentimos falta de local para pendurar roupas de banho molhados. O preço é compatível com o serviço oferecido, assim, não se justifica a cobrança dos 10% sobre as diárias, uma vez que não vemos isso em outros hotéis. O café da manhã poderia ter mais diversidades. A cozinha também poderia ser um pouco melhor. O hotel foi bem simpático em permitir a nossa entrada antes do horário.
