The modern and spacious interior features all-new furnishings and amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and luxurious linens. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on your own private deck or gather around the outdoor dining table. And when you`re ready to explore, the charming town of Sapphire is just minutes away, with the vibrant communities of Cashiers and Brevard also within easy reach. The peaceful and serene location is just 20 minutes to the charming town of Cashiers and 30 minutes to the bustling city of Brevard. Gorges State Park is less than 10 minutes away! The main floor has the queen bedroom suite, living room, dining room and kitchen. Downstairs there is a private King Master Suite. It boasts it`s very own balcony for early morning or late evening quite time, a large updated bathroom, a King bed and a desk for your work needs. There is a porch off of the living room as well as the dining area. There is a grill as well as an outdoor dining table. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

*THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT COME WITH ANY ACCESS TO BURLINGAME AMENTITITES. You are welcome to apply for a trial membership but I would do it in advance to your stay and the fees are $4000+ just for the membership. There are other golf courses close by that are open to the public without the membership.
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

This house is pet friendly, with a one time additional fee of $150. Maximum of 2 pets, dogs are the only pets permitted. Approved pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and sofas) at any time. Pets that are left unattended must be crated. Any damages will be charged to the card on file. Owners must clean up after their pet and dispose of all waste. No food or water is to be left outside; this will attract unwanted wildlife. Pets must be potty trained.
