João Marcelo e Tatiana são excelentes anfitriões. Prestativos e solicitos. O apartamento é ótimo com toda estrutura, conforme anunciado. Apto arejado, com excelente infraestrutura e ótimas dependências. Sem falar da área comum do condomínio, com uma boa piscina e churrasqueira.

Imóvel de 1° linha.

Muito bom o apto. do João Marcelo. Limpo, espaçoso, arejado. Cozinha com todo suporte ou seja, aparelhos elétricos, utensílios e inclusive panelas. Tudo de boa qualidade. Condomínio com piscina, sauna e churrasqueira. Sem falar no tratamento do João, sempre solicito e prestativo. Recomendo muito, local para pessoas exigentes.

Estadia excelente, dias maravilhosos!

O apartamento é amplo, está novo, muito bem cuidado e com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia confortável. O sinal do Wifi é ótimo. A localização é ótima, pois está a uma curta caminhada da praia, mercado, farmácia e restaurantes. Na área de lazer do prédio há uma linda piscina, sauna, ping pong e totó. Um grande destaque foi a atenção e a preocupação do João Marcelo e do seu pai para que tivéssemos uma estadia perfeita. E, de fato, foi perfeita! Esperamos voltar em breve.

Gostaria de registrar a minha satisfação pela estada da minha família neste período. O apartamento e muito bem localizado, está a menos de 5 minutos andando até a melhor praia de Saquarema, super confortável e com todos utensílios necessários. O João proprietário nós deu toda atenção e sempre muito solicito. Minhas filhas curtiram muito estas férias no condomínio, até porque não saiam da piscina e do play groud. Eu indico e sempre que puder estarei me hospedando nesse belo apartamento.
