We booked studio flat rooms but not anywhere on Expedia it states those room are 100m away from the hotel built underneath residential flats. We woke up to people cooking everyday and the smell was horrible. The music by the pool was so loud everyday not sure the reason as people come on holiday to relax. The manager did not want to help us at all. We were given horrible rooms and instead of admitting her fault she just kept on saying they’re fully booked. She didn’t even offer us free drinks or massages or something as a compensation. Absolutely poor customer service. My sister got a massage done and her entire bed was shaking. I left my toiletries in there and some other supervisor went in there to check the room and didn’t even tell us my toiletries were left in there. Overall beautiful hotel but poor management.

Ett av de fineste stedene i verden, nydelige folk som jobber her! Vi booked apartment delen og det var helt fantastisk! De ansatte som jobber her er imøtekommende og tilbyr hjelp til hva enn du måtte trenge, super fin beliggenhet! 10 minutter å gå ned til promenaden, masse fine restauranter i nærheten og små hverdagsbutikker, virkelig en 10/10 opplevelse og hotell! Havet er også 20 meter unna hotellet! Noe som var helt nydelig
