Great simple property that’s only 10 mins driving to town. Clean and modern design. Unfortunately they missed cleaning, ran out of coffee and when we called down for items we had to call again to ask for them. One nice thing is if they had humidifiers for use since the room was quite dry with the season in bloom. Otherwise simple and nice spot.

We had a lovely stay over the weekend to view some Fall foliage!! The new hotel felt like home with the design choices. Rooms were roomy and tasteful designed. Loved the bathroom ( the water pressure of shower could be better)! Very clean as well. The Regent's breakfasts were so good and healthy options to choose from.Definitely will return for our next trip. Will be make a SPA reservation for sure next time.

Staff service was excellent. Friendly and capable. Suite very generous in size. Some really nice touches in the room. Common spaces nice. Feels new. Parking easy. Property itself is not easily walkable to the downtown. We drove in but I’m guessing you could ride share too. Outside seating on the patio with the fire pit was a nice option. 4.5 stars

Beautiful boutique hotel

It was a last minute trip stay in Saratoga. This hotel is a boutique style fairly new. It is in a great location close to the northway and close to the racetrack if attending during racing season. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

We were disappointed that the pool just closed for the season. There was no chair in the room and lighting was inadequate. Other than that it was a beautiful property.

While this hotel reopened under new management/owner a few months ago, the scratches on the walls and the elevator made it look weathered. While almost empty, I was put in a wheelchair accessible room---which I do not need at this juncture, thankfully----AND it was at the far end of the hallway. This is a long trajectory for someone who is mobility impaired. In addition, it is right next to a LOUD ice machine which no guest wishes to hear. Dogs are allowed and you can hear them---when their owners leave them while they go to dinner. There are several improvements that could be made to the rooms. Absolutely need overhead lighting in the bedroom area, too dim otherwise. The wine cooler/fridge is VERY LOUD and goes all night long----not worth such an expense. A basic fridge would suffice. They wish to charge a daily resort fee---but there is no resort. It is a hotel off a main road, that is it. While it has been remodeled and modernized, such fees are pointless. It is about a 10 min drive from downtown Saratoga Springs.
