Welcome to Casa La Armonia, a contemporary two-bedroom home in one of the most prestigious gated communities in El Coco. This beautiful single-story home offers the perfect blend of modern elegance and tropical charm with stylish furniture and decor, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private pool.



The Space:

Upon arrival at Casa La Armonia, you’ll be greeted with a modern and sophisticated open-concept layout, which includes a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The home also has two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a private terrace with a plunge pool and outdoor shower.



The living room has a comfortable couch and ottoman, a smart TV, and a wooden dining table that can seat four under a bohemian-style rattan light fixture. In addition to high ceilings and windows that fill the space with natural light, there is a large sliding glass door in the living room that leads to a private terrace with a sparkling plunge pool, an outdoor shower, and boho-style lounge chairs and couches.



The gourmet chef’s kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has high-end granite countertops, a spacious breakfast bar with stylish rattan light fixtures, a white subway-tile backsplash, and refined wood cabinets and shelving. The kitchen's sleek look perfectly complements the modern space.



Casa La Armonia can sleep four guests in two spacious bedrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and stylish decor. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, beautiful high ceilings, and a sliding glass door that leads to the private terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a built-in desk and office chair, and a sliding glass door that leads right to the pool. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with walk-in rainfall showers and elegant vanities.



This home is in a private gated community with 24/7 security. In addition to the private pool, the community has a larger pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests to use and a shaded area with tables and chairs. The home also comes with a covered carport for up to two vehicles and includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

Playas del Coco

This big town/little city on Costa Rica’s Gold Coast has it all, starting with a gorgeous, blue-green bay dotted with fishing boats, dive boats and sailboats offering sunset tours.

In front of the popular beach is a winding promenade with a basketball court and skate park, and the area is rich in hotels, restaurants, bars and stores catering to every need.

Known for its vibrant nightlife as much as its chill pace, Playas del Coco claims to have been the first beach town in Guanacaste reachable by road. Its proximity to the Liberia airport is a plus, and it’s even closer to the nearby beach towns of Ocotal and Hermosa.

You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
