Room was impeccably clean and excellent condition, bed comfortable. No breakfast, no coffee machine in room, basic service. Just what you need if you just want to stop for the night. There's a Tim Horton's just down the road. Also a relatively large (for a hotel) fridge and freezer in the room. Parking easy in front of the room. Friendly staff. Free wifi. We were pleasantly surprised at this price point. Excellent value for money. We arrived late but owner called us before to let us know to ring the bell. Check in and check out was a breeze. Perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. Really good value for the money. The room was clean. Had a fridge and microwave in it. We’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the Sarnia area again!

nothing fancy but sparkling clean. staff were very nice and although it was just basic it was everything you need if you are looking for a place to rest your head and not spend a fortune! kudos to the staff for all their hard work!!

Proprietor was kind and helpful. The room was spotless, quiet, and thanks to good room darkening curtains, it was dark. The bed was good too. All put together, excellent for sleeping! I'd definitely stay again.
