The hotel is not what the pictures show. The crowd that stays here is sketchy. We were checked in for 3 hours and never got a refund on our room after having to get security to walk us out to our car (for our safety)I made serval phone calls and eventually gave up on getting a refund as they clearly don’t care how unsafe guests feel staying in their hotel.Definitely do not recommend. Consider my 1 star a 0

We stayed here for the waterslide and pool. It was lots of fun, we had a "pool access" room, not to be confused with the "pool view" rooms that are also available.

Our room smelled like weed and we had two little kids with us, the management was terrible. The hotel lobby the entire time smelled like weed, the hallways was full of dry mud that wasn’t cleaned up, the pool had mold, noisy all night. Staff was slow at helping us out, no towels at the pool.

It is next to a major highway so there might be sirens at night, otherwise it's always been a great place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. My daughter loved the water slides on a previous stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful, Fixin's Restaurant is quick and tasty. No room delivery, but it's inside the hotel so it's only a quick walk to pick up your food.

Pool and slides are great, we had a pool view room 2nd floor and enjoyed it. Expect to have plenty of pool noise and smell the chlorine though but we didnt mind to much. Breakfast buffet in the morning was not worth your time, over $20 a plate and its equal to a medium quality continental, bacon also had small flies in it. We'd stay again just avoid the restaurant next time.

Had an issue with room type on checkin but not the issue. Issue was multiple drunk people roaming the parking lot and hallways, screaming angrily. I left the hotel and came back large amounts of blood were now on the floor and security was directing people away from the incident. Not sure what had happened just felt unsafe.

Over all the stay was good, the gap in between the door and the floor was large and created a definite noice problem. Without the sound machine the noise would have been a problem for my kids. The water park was awesome though, both big and little kid friendly. The kids had a blast and were blown away by our under the sea room.

Everything was great with the room, our bed and our sleep was a very nice stay! However, the pool was fairly dirty everytime we went in, floating hair clumps and other particles, that being said it was a long weekend and tons of people so can be understood
