Josh is a friendly guy who was very helpful and accommodating....an excellent host. We are glad we had a chance to meet him. The place was very nice....immaculately clean, cozy, great kitchen, wonderful/comfy bed...everything was top notch and very nicely decorated. We are looking forward to our next stay there when we are back in Michigan. Thank you for making our trip great.

Our stay here was awesome! This property was the perfect size for two adults and a little dog. It was very easy to find and the private parking was a nice bonus. Very easy to walk to downtown Saugatuck. The kitchen had everything we needed — but we only used it once. There are so many great food options in Saugatuck.

Perfect stay

This site had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pleasing decor, comfortable furniture and bed, and nice outdoor deck to enjoy. Downtown sagatuck is just a couple minute walk from this location in a quiet neighborhood. Just as advertised! If ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again!

Nice Little Place

My wife and I and our little dog had a lovely time. The house is small yet perfectly fine for two people. The decor is hansom and the location is superb, being located just a few minutes walk to downtown Saugatuck.

Perfect house in perfect location

The house is small but has absolutely everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We stayed on New Years Eve and had a delicious meal at Coast - a 10 minute walk away and were then able to see the fireworks over the lake. We brought our dog and although the yard is not fenced there was plenty of space to walk him

Perfect Location

This little cottage is convenient and charming. It is only a 2 minute walk to restaurants and shops, and a 5 minute drive to Oval Beach. The cottage itself has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the two decks for morning coffee and afternoon snacks & drinks. Josh is very helpful, as well.

Quiet gettaway

We were just looking to have a few days away to visit some family in the area. Beautiful area. Very nice cottage. The only downside was the full day of rain on the second day, but that cannot be blamed on the property. Nice and clean. Furniture of good quality and comfortable. Comfy bed and linens. Had everything we needed. Would have loved to have a clothes dryer since we had some wet clothes from the rain, but it didn't ruin the stay. Will consider returning for sure.
