Avalon is a charming, well-appointed cottage just a short walk from downtown Saugatuck. Designed for easy family and group getaways, it offers space to relax, cook, and unwind together. Enjoy a spacious, fully fenced-in backyard for daytime lounging and games, plus a fire pit for laid-back evenings. Avalonâs location puts you close to everything that makes the area so magical, from restaurants and galleries to waterfront fun, all just minutes away.
BEDROOMS
Avalon has three bedrooms (two upstairs, one downstairs), each with a queen bed and new mattress.
The enclosed wraparound porch also includes two twin daybeds, best suited for kids or single sleepers.

LIVING/DINING
The open-concept living space features two comfortable seating areas, plenty of room to gather, and cozy touches throughout.
Youâll find a smart TV, stereo, record player and lots of vinyl for easy, relaxed entertainment.
The dining table seats six, with space for four more at the kitchen counter.
A full dry bar is stocked with glassware, cocktail tools, and a few of our favorite cocktail books.
KITCHEN
The recently updated kitchen includes new appliances, a gas stove, and everything you need to cook comfortably.
Youâll find quality cookware, sharp knives, a blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, baking essentials, and a well-stocked pantry of basics.
OUTDOORS
Set on a â
-acre lot, Avalon offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.
The fully fenced-in backyard is ideal for relaxing, playing games, or letting kids roam, with a patio, grill, and plenty of seating.
The fire pit makes it easy to wind down together in the evenings.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to three vehicles: two off North Street and one off Holland Street near the garage.
Please avoid blocking the neighboring space and do not park on the grass. Use caution when pulling out onto Holland Street.
Guests have access to the entire home, including the detached garage. A few storage areas are locked, but everything needed for your stay is fully available.
The garage is stocked with extras for all seasons, including beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and sleds, plus a second refrigerator/freezer for added convenience.

Note: The basement bathroom uses a macerating toilet, so only toilet paper should be flushed. Please avoid flushing wipes (even âflushableâ), sanitary products, or other items.
Availability and minimum stays vary by season. In the off-season, we typically offer a two-night minimum with more flexibility on check-in and check-out days.
