The most fulfilling parts of the lifestyle of off grid living is the connection with nature: waking up each morning to the sounds of nature, being able to walk outside in the morning and feel the fresh air while you sip your hot morning beverage while listening to the sounds of the birds singing, the cool morning breeze blowing, the goats on the hills lifting their heads to look at you while you lay back!
Imagine having a relaxing day at the pool or relaxing in a hammock while listening to the chirping of the birds in the background. Or taking a hike and witnessing Aruba’s unusual, beautiful flora and fauna. Staying at Transhi by Cunuc’i Cristi is the perfect spot for a private experience near the locals.

The location is ideal for adventurous travelers looking for a balanced exposure between a fun-filled vacation and having their very own private place on the island. If you want to explore …, you are close to the nicest beaches that are frequently visited by locals and tourists. The closest beach, Mangel Halto, is just a 5-minute drive away.

Although the apartment is located in the middle of nature, you can still have easy access to all the popular locations, attractions, beaches and tourist hot spots.

Get away from the busier side of the island and enjoy a private stay completely surrounded by Aruba's nature, nestled in the hills, centrally located on the Island. This apartment is one of four housing on the property (we live on the property also). Our facility offers our guests, desiring a quiet sanctuary escape and a private plunge pool to enjoy. The apartment has a sleeping area with a queen size bed, private bathroom with hot water and an outdoor cooking area (kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator). All towels, bedding and linens are provided.

We live completely green and off grid(with solar panels and batteries). It is important to know that we are very attentive of the usage of the power we have. That is why we have specific usage for the air conditioning. We will ask that you do not use more than 9 hours (between 4pm to 8am) and the temperature stay at minimum 23ᴼ Celsius or 73ᴼ Fahrenheit.

Please be aware you will stay at our place for the experience: the serenity. It is not a luxurious cabin. Rather, we are situated in a unique and wonderful area in nature, so keep that in mind when considering a stay with us. You will be secluded from traffic, have the unique experience of nature's darkness in order to admire the stars and all that comes with being in nature. You can also come in close contact with Aruba’s wildlife, for example: wild goats, wild donkeys, centipedes, bugs, bees, rabbits, lizards, iguana’s, birds, snakes (rare and venomous), etc.
