Great hotel, poorly staffed and managed

The washcloth had hair on it and the water from the “hydration station” was brown and cloudy. The front desk was understaffed and not friendly.

The hotel is spectacular. Im surprised it is only a 4 star hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff was super friendly (from valet, front desk, restaurant, and cleaning/maintenance staff). The rooms are spacious. They offer a white noise machine in the room. Though, the hotel is quiet and the machine was not needed. Very walkable to river front and the shops. The food was amazing in the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner. I do wish they had more appetizers/tapas on the menu. We felt safe. We loved the hydration station to fill our stanleys with ice and water before heading out. Hop on and hop off trolley is right in front of the hotel (stop 12). We loved every minute we were in the hotel!

Poor customer service.

When we first arrived to the hotel the valet attendant was very rude and was not helpful at all. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was also rude. She didn’t greet us or anything. The room itself was nice. The view could’ve been better; there was a construction site which interfered with the river view. We will not be returning.

The property was on the riverside. You could walk to all the shops and to the location for your tour. I will always stay there while in Savannah. The staff were always there to please you.

The property was gorgeous and had just opened so everything was new. The only items that were odd we had zero housekeeping service on Friday which they told us on check in. The other part of the stay that wasn't great is if you stay on the Bay St side its LOUD, racing cars going up and down all day and semis during the night.
