When I arrived, they could not find my reservation, you all had not sent it to them and they were sold out. So we had to find another room somewhere else quickly bc we were in town for only one night to attend a Savannah bananas game (my children had waited three years to get to go) we spent $500 on those tickets and we were late for the game, had terrible seats bc we were late. Thanks to your mistake. Ruined what should have been a positive core memory for my family.

We like the hotel, we used the valet parking the first night they charged us $39! The liberty garage where they parked our car cost only $7!

Valet staff was amazing! ESP Justin. Kind, helpful nd efficient. The man who checked me in was great as well. The female working in the morning at the front desk was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Hotel had very thin walls could hear other showers going, toilets flushing and conversations in other rooms. During our stay from 12 am to 2 am there were a group of people screaming and yelling. Cops seemed to be involved as well at first. We did not sleep l. This was scary and very disturbing. Not sure we would stay here again, which is a-shame because the location is great.

It was a nice room and very clean but there was no parking at all. Had to park in a public parking garage. Plus the staff as we were checking out was on his phone and kind of just shooed us out when i asked if we needed to do anything else.
