Short staffed? Check in was supposed at 3pm. Was ready at 4:45pm. The pool and spa looked inviting but we did not use them. The common areas were clean and tidy. Breakfast was not real good but was about like we expected. All in all about what you might expect for the price.

Too many issues!

Took over 30 minutes to get checked in late at night because they left a "terrified" (his words when asked how he was) maintenance person at the front desk. He couldn't even tell us what time breakfast was served. Didn't say anything about housekeeping either and our room didn't get cleaned until we asked for it after two nights. Our key quit working at least once per day and staff was unapologetic about it. Cleaning supplies were left in the hallway overnight. The room was okay, but showing it's age. We did like that the pool was open until midnight and breakfast was pretty good (except no peanut butter).

Great Location

We loved the location which made it easy to navigate both the Historical Area and the mid city area. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the eating areas were kept clean and neat.

This hotel is directly across the street from a military air base so helicopters coming and going consistently. The AC unit does not turn off unless you unplug it from the wall. Key card stopped working after one day and had to get a new one. The indoor pool is laughably small. Wasn't expecting much for the price but still not a relaxing experience. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were large ,staff was very friendly. However, the breakfast was poor. We went to breakfast around 8 each morning. Went down 3 mornings with hot breakfast items like eggs, sausage, potatoes, french toast and other items were empty and not filled back up. We had ceral bar 1 morning ,yogurt 2nd morning, toast one morning. Very unhappy with hot breakfast and so were other customers.

Hotel was nice and in a convenient location. Breakfast wasn’t great but sufficient. Suite was spacious and comfortable with the pillows being the exception. They were pitiful and need to be replaced. One of the desk clerks was not helpful when we asked for info on someplace close to get dessert. Really feel desk clerks should be more knowledgeable or at least have access to that type of information.

The property was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly. The room was adequate and equipped for the family. The only downside was that we received a phone call around 10:00 a.m. asking if we were planning to extend our stay. We said we were not. We said that we thought that check out was at noon. The front desk said that it was and they were just checking. We thought that was odd and felt that they were trying to rush us to check out.

Overall great stay. Staff was friendly and efficient upon arrival. Asked for a crib and it was delivered to our room before we got there. There was also fresh cookies available join check in and coffee, water, and milk which was nice. The room was clean and cozy and breakfast was great. My kids even appreciated the Valentine’s Day themed waffle bar.
