Here for a cocert at the Savanna Civic center across from the hotel. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The only thing we lacked was room service, and we were surprised that parking was in the city garage, but it was nearby and reasonably priced.

The check in staff was very poor mannered and didn’t care at all that they messed up our reservation. Didn’t even tell us until we discovered our room was wrong. Then proceeded to tell us she couldn’t do anything even though our room still showed avail on their site and Hotels.com site. I believe they are renting the room for cash and telling reservation holders that the room isn’t avail. Why else would 5+ king rooms not be avail when the site says they are? We got upgraded by Hotels.com to another Marriott across town and it was fantastic! The agent who help over the phone was incredible. This overall experience though may push me to use my Bonvoy/Marriott site directly going forward, instead of Hotels.com
