The hotel was a bit difficult to find even using GPS. We called the hotel and the front desk attempted to guide us to the hotel. We did eventually find it. Other than that, it was an amazing hotel. Loved the old architecture mixed in with the new. The room was quite unique and very comfortable. Great location also. The staff was also superb

Very nice place, although wasn’t very happy with the view in our room it looked at a brick wall. Finding where to pull in to unload was a challenge especially in the rain. Better signage may help.

Very confused ! Need an answer

I booked the stay on February 9,th with a balcony room with 2 queen beds ! Got here on May 18 and was told they overbooked and gave me a room without a balcony I drove 5 hours to get here ! Looked online the next morning and they advertised a room with a balcony ? I loved the location just couldn't understand why I wasn't informed before I arrived

Beautiful structure wonderfully converted to a hotel. The interior is remarkable. I had three complaints, two minor & one not so minor. Minor: our room did not have enough lights to read by; they need at least one bright desktop or reading lamp. Minor: If one exits the hotel onto Factor's Walk, there are no keycard readers to re-enter on that same level. My wife has limited mobility and this proved to be a challenge for her; she ended up having to use one of the historic (i.e. steep) staircases to descend to river level to re-enter the building. Not so minor: if one is sensitive to noise do not get room #326: it is immediately below the lobby & it sounded like a marching band over our heads all day & night. It was so loud that even my white noise machine could not drown it out. This being said, I still would go back, just not to that particular room.

Must stay here!

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel and we will definitely be back. We loved everything about it! The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean and absolutely beautiful !
