Apart of a grand estate, this spacious garden level apartment is on one of Savannah's most well-known streets, surrounded by stunning renovated mansions, just steps from Forysth Park. Indulge in the history of Hall Street, while being centrally located to everything in the Historic District. This two bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 Lucky guests, and boasts nearly 2,000 square feet.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by warm tones, original brick, and original hardwood flooring that is carried throughout the apartment. The living space features deep, plush, reclining leather sofas and a large smart television, perfect for gathering together at the end of a busy adventure filled day. Just off of the living space you'll find the kitchenette that offers the essentials you need to prepare home cooked meals, with a breakfast bar perfect for those morning cups of joe.

At the back of the apartment, guests will find the three bedrooms which are all fitted with pressed white linens, boast with an ample amount of space, and smart televisions. The first bedroom features a King size bed, with private access to the shared courtyard, and the conjoined bathroom that connects to the second bedroom. The conjoined bathroom features a spacious vanity, with plenty of room to get ready for a day out on the town, and a shower/tub combination. The second guest room also features a King size bed.

At Wayne Mansion Garden, you’ll be in a prime location to walk to everything Savannah has to offer, but off the path of late-night revelry. Take a leisurely morning stroll down Hall Street beneath the grand Oak Trees to Mate Factor for a morning cup of joe, or walk over to Collin's Quarters at Forsyth Park, a local favorite here in Savannah! No matter what you choose to do during your stay, you’ll have the ideal apartment to come home to.

Hospitality was awesome

Just have one minor complaint, there was no WIFI. Called the office, they said they will send someone out and still didn’t work. No one reached out to follow-up, but neither did I. Other than that. I will definitely rent again.

Terrific overall ambiance of apartment. Lots of comfortable space. Good amount of traffic noise from buses at night. A few things missing were remedied by staff. Bedbugs however were experienced!!! Cleanliness was downgraded for this.

Lovely place, all that was advertised. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Only issue, vague directions for trash disposal. Quick response from Luckysavannah when messaged. Overall, would stay again.

Beautiful place and location

The apartment, the location, and the communication with lucky savannah were amazing. We got in late Saturday to discover that the coffee pot was broken. They had a new one there the next day. They also went out of their way to make sure there was no down in the apartment due to a severe allergy. The shuffle board table and outdoor area in the back were wonderful and made for many relaxing evenings. The beds were by far the most comfortable I ever slept on in a rental. The property was beautiful and I would highly recommend it. 4 instead of 5 because: While the kitchen was minamal as called out, it was a little to minimal. There was no wine opener and no sharp knives at all for cutting meat or vegetables if cooking in. Also the cooktop was an Induction cook too that required special pans. It would have been nice to have one more frying pan other than just the 10inch one There was a lot of dust, especially on second and third shelves and the headboard. The ceiling fans were in need of a cleaning with dust hanging over the edges tonthe point we did not want to put them on. . Maybe being a little picky on those two points but felt they should be called out. We would stay again the location was amazing.

Ideal Location

This location has plenty of space for the allowed number of occupants and it is in a ideal location. While there could have been more dishes and soap, there are very little issues you can have with this place.
