Disappointing Night Stay

The lady at the front desk was courteous and helpful. The first room had a strong scent of mildew. Then 2nd room also had a mildew smell but not as strong. The A/C wouldn't adjust when we tried turning it down, we tried turning it off, it wouldnt turn off. Cold air blew directly on us the entire time. The shower and bathroom needed improvement. The breakfast was horrible, the eggs were runny and the bagels were hard as rocks. We just got coffee and checked out. I normally don't write this type of report but i had to so they can improve the hotel to please their upcoming customers. The exterior of the building is beautful as well as the lobby.

The hotel was excellent! Very clean with a completely new renovation. The front desk was friendly and check-in was quick. A huge plus is the Tesla Destination Charger, which was super convenient during our trip. Breakfast was also good. Definitely recommend for a stopover.

We stayed in a Stark Hotel in Atlanta GA and it was awesome and so much nicer. This Stark night staff was very nice and accommodating but the morning staff not friendly or accommodating at all. I didn't appreciate the smell of the room, bare floors were not as clean as should be for our 10lb service dog wanted to constantly smell the floor in certain areas. It was warm in the room and could not get it below 70 but I'm sure the extreme high ceilings had something to do with it. I wanted a copy of my receipt and the desk clerk said no because we booked with Hotels.com but I wanted the receipt for the $100.00 deposit for my service dog so I would be able to call to discuss if I don't receive it back.

Clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pet-friendly. Plenty of EV chargers on site. My only complaint was that there was a group of loud customers that seemed to constantly be walking through the hallway. Not the hotel's fault, just happened to be staying at the same time.

This is a good place to spend a night or more traveling on. The hotel was clean, had a small breakfast. Restaurants are close by.
