Sorry to say this, the carpeted room had a potent mold or mildew smell. Was unable to change rooms, requested and got a refund. Rooms should be updated to not carpeted

Loved this hotel. It was in an excellent spot to walk to River Road. The bed and pillows were soooo comfy. Staff was always friendly and cheery. Our room had a small kitchen with everything you need. Free parking was right behind the building. Very save area

The room had strong smell of bleach when we first checked in. Bathtub looked dirty. Housekeeping skipped our room 1 day and the mattress had a sunk in place on one side. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning.

This is a great option if you are wanting close proximity to River Street. There is plenty of restaurants and shops. This property does not have a pool or restaurant on site, they do have a bar on the property. I liked the managers reception on the week days starting at 5:30 pm until 7 pm. Which is free with your stay. There is parking available for a price. We enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located...staff was friendly and helpful answering many of my questions as this was my first time visiting Savannah. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, quiet except for a fire alarm and was NOT notified that it was in error and I was very upset for quit a while. At 70 I didn't need that ....especially with high blood pressure.

This place was ok. But it could use a refresh. Chairs in the dinning/lobby area where dirty. Lobby was well used and could use a refresh. Bath tub looked dirty, but I think that it was just old.

The hotel was very nice, but it’s old. You can use a new paint job. It can use a better bathroom. Other than that. The hotel was not bad. It’s just old and can use some updating.

Theresa at the front desk was the best! In the morning the hotel was out of some basic items like butter and juice in the bfast bar- But the staff made up for it by explaining and offering other options. When the staff is this nice some things just don’t matter!

My room was on the mezzanine level and was very noisy and bright with all the hall lights shining into my room. Overall the hotel is tired but still comfortable enough. Location of the hotel is very good within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

The continental breakfast was the best part. But we were lucky to get the last parking spot in the lot, even though we paid for parking. I am not sure what would have happened if they ran out of spots. We tried to check in at 2:57 for a 3pm check-in and our room wasn’t quite ready. The lady at the front desk said she would get an update for me but didn’t really. Not a big deal but we ended up checking in a little late. We were disappointed with the windows overlooking a hallway. Couldn’t keep our blinds open to get any sunlight without awkwardly seeing other guests walking down the hallway. And the paint was chipping badly on the floor of the bathtub. Just not as nice as we hoped.

Excellent location for walking around Savannah. The room was clean and the staff were really friendly. Appreciated the free breakfast and when we got there on Wednesday they had a happy hour with nachos and wine/beer. Will definitely stay here again when we return.
