This hotel’s location in the heart of historic downtown Savannah is unbeatable, putting all the best sights and shops right at your doorstep. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. We especially loved the complimentary morning breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious variety of high-quality options to start our day.

Location was fantastic! Staff were outstanding, very professional and friendly. Daily Breakfast and the Socials on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were outstanding! Rooms were cleaned daily! A great property to stay at while in Savannah.

Room was clean and good and staff were very courteous. The hotel is also very well located. The breakfast could be improved. There was very limited food selection and not everything was available (e.g. juice machine didn't fully work one day, the one waffle maker broke on the second day).

Wonderful location and breakfast. The bed was not comfortable to me but I am not going to use that as a basis for my review since that is a very personal preference. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. We had a room that overlooked the street and had a beautiful view of the bay. We wanted a place where we were convenient to everything in the historic district. A lot of construction traffic and louder vehicles pass by at all hours of the night. If you want a location convenient to walking everywhere, a no-noise evening is most likely not going to happen so come prepared if you are a light sleeper. Also, this is a historic building. We stayed in a non smoking room. However nonsmoking rooms have not always been a thing so there is a slight smell that is ingrained in the walls, however, the room was very clean and sanitary. Everything worked as it should. The employees greeted us each time we walked through and were so pleasant. For those reasons, I give the place a 5 star rating.

Pros: Excellent location! Safe area to walk in the evening. The bartender was very friendly and went above and beyond. The A/C was working perfectly. Cons: I requested a top-floor room with an atrium view weeks in advance, ideally in a quiet area. Instead, I received a room on the same floor as check-in, directly next to the breakfast area, which was noisy in the morning, and it faced the street. I couldn’t open the window due to visibility into the room. While I could have asked for a different room, I arrived late and was too tired to move. The room was not always serviced but the reception staff kindly provided fresh towels and trash bags upon request.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Each entrance and exit we were greeted with a hello welcome back or have a great day! The complimentary breakfast is a bonus! The room was dated but clean, and most importantly equipped with full kitchen. We will definitely stay there again when we revisit Savannah!
